Fraud Prevention Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1) Purpose & Scope

This Fraud Prevention Policy protects publishers, advertiser partners, and members of Ad2Click (“we”, “us”, “our”) operating at ad2click.co. We enforce zero-tolerance standards against artificial traffic, synthetic activity, automated bots, multi-accounting, and fraudulent cashouts to maintain an authentic and honest rewards ecosystem.

2) Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our platform and advertising partners, you must NOT engage in any of the following prohibited practices:

  • Link Clicks & Traffic Manipulation: Repeatedly clicking your own referral links, promotional campaigns, or shortlinks; deploying click-farms, autosurf programs, or traffic exchanges; using automated scripts, macros, or headless browsers.
  • Proxies, VPNs & Anonymizers: Utilizing commercial VPNs, TOR exit nodes, datacenter proxies, residential proxy tunnels, or rotating IP pools to simulate different locations or mask your true connection origin.
  • Multi-Accounting & Self-Referrals: Registering duplicate accounts, shadow accounts across emulators or virtual machines, or registering under your own referral code to inflate referral earnings or sign-up bonuses.
  • Disposable Credentials: Creating accounts with temporary, disposable, or throwaway email addresses.
  • Survey, Offer & Task Fraud: Providing gibberish, automated, or deliberately dishonest survey responses; using emulators to simulate app installs or downloads; submitting forged screenshots, invalid transaction proofs, or fake completion receipts.
  • Video Playback Tampering: Using browser extensions, console scripts, or background automation to artificially accelerate or bypass video timers; streaming videos across multiple hidden tabs simultaneously.

3) Automated Security & Device Telemetry

Ad2Click integrates real-time security signals and heuristic telemetry across every member action:

  • Device Fingerprinting: Generation of cryptographic device hashes and persistent session identifiers to detect device spoofing, emulator usage, and duplicate accounts.
  • IP & Geolocation Intelligence: Real-time cross-referencing with threat databases to detect commercial proxy tunnels, datacenter IPs, and anonymous routing nodes.
  • Interaction Heuristics: Analysis of human cadence, focus states, and input timing to distinguish real people from automated scripts.

4) Payout Audits & Verification (KYC)

Every withdrawal request is audited before processing:

  • Review Periods: Accounts exhibiting abnormal velocity, suspicious IP changes, or elevated risk signals may be placed on temporary administrative hold pending manual security review.
  • Identity Verification: Where fraud indicators are present, users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before payouts are approved.
  • Genuine Accounts: Authentic users who interact naturally and complete offers honestly experience swift and reliable withdrawals.

5) Enforcement & Account Termination

Violations of this Fraud Prevention Policy result in swift administrative action:

  • Immediate and permanent account deactivation.
  • Forfeiture of all pending, approved, and accumulated balances.
  • Permanent blacklisting of associated email addresses, payment accounts, IP addresses, and device identifiers.
  • Reporting of severe fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts to relevant authorities and payment networks where applicable.

6) Human Review & Appeals

In accordance with fair-play principles and Article 22 of the GDPR, automated anti-fraud assessments are subject to human review:

If you believe an action was taken on your account in error, you may submit an appeal. Please open a support ticket through our Member Help Desk or email our compliance desk at support@ad2click.co. Our audit team will review your account logs, telemetry, and activity within 3 business days.
